WEBSITE RESERVATION POLICY
TERMS:
- A valid credit card is must to book & guarantee your online reservation and card will be charged according to applicable offer
- Credit card will be charged for Airport/Railway Station pick up one day prior to the arrival
- Cancellation and amendment charges will be according to applicable offer. In case of early departure or no show, full retention will be charged
- Hotel's standard check - in : 1200 hours, check - out : 1000 hours
- Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. All applicable taxes will be charged extra
FOR LATE DEALS
- Full payment (non - refundable) will be charged at the time of booking
- In case of any cancellation, full retention will be charged
- No amendments will be entertained
FOR BEST AVAILABLE RATES
- Full payment will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival
- Charges against Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation :
- Between 0-15 days prior to the arrival, 100% retention on total amount will be charged.
- Between 16-30 days prior to the arrival, 50% retention on total amount will be charged.
- In case of an amendment between 16 & above days prior to the arrival, 10% amendment charges of total amount will be applicable. No amendments will be entertained 15 days prior to the arrival.
FOR EARLY BIRD OFFER
- Full payment will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival
- Charges against Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation :
- Between 0-30 days prior to the arrival, 100% retention on total amount will be charged.
- Between 31-60 days prior to the arrival, 50% retention on total amount will be charged.
- In case of an amendment between 31 & above days prior to the arrival, 20% amendment charges of total amount will be applicable. No amendments will be entertained 30 days prior to the arrival.
FOR - ROMANCE PACKAGE
- Full payment will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival
- Charges against Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation :
- Between 0-15 days prior to the arrival, 100% retention on total amount will be charged.
- Between 16-30 days prior to the arrival, 50% retention on total amount will be charged.
- In case of an amendment between 16 & above days prior to the arrival, 10% amendment charges of total amount will be applicable. No amendments will be entertained 15 days prior to the arrival.
FOR - GET AWAY PACKAGE
- Full payment will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival
- Charges against Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation :
- Between 0-15 days prior to the arrival, 100% retention on total amount will be charged.
- Between 16-30 days prior to the arrival, 50% retention on total amount will be charged.
- In case of an amendment between 16 & above days prior to the arrival, 10% amendment charges of total amount will be applicable. No amendments will be entertained 15 days prior to the arrival.
FOR X-MAS & NEW YEAR
- This period is applicable from 21st December - 5th January
- No check out will be acceptable on the 24th & 31st December. If you wish to check out, full rates for these dates will be charged
- Rates for the night of 24th & 31st December are inclusive of mandatory (non - refundable) dinner supplement for adults
- Rates for the night of 24th & 31st December are exclusive of mandatory special dinner for children & will be chargeable as per below :
- Christmas Eve Dinner Charges on 24th December @ INR 2000 per child (between 05 to 15 years)
- New Year Eve Dinner Charges on 31st December @ INR 3750 per child (between 05 to 15 years)
- Full payment (non - refundable) will be charged 60 days prior to the arrival
- In case of any cancellation or amendment less than 60 days prior to the arrival , full retention will be charged
- In case of an amendment between 61 & above days prior to the arrival, 10% amendment charges of total amount will be applicable. No amendments will be entertained 60 days prior to the arrival.
